Flexyscore public website (flexyscore.net) uses only technical coookies for monitor its performance through Google Analytics. Access to the site, in all its parts, is free and does not collect personal data.

Flexyscore system (live.flexyscore.net) Access is subject to registration. The data provided (valid e-mail address, username and password) are stored in our database just to guarantee the service, all sensitive data are encrypted and communications are always protected by an SSL certificate.

Subscribers: Flexyscore has paid plans. We ask subscribers to provide us the necessary data to issue the tax document (Full name, address, VAT code or tax code). Provided data are saved on our server and are encrypted. We keep this data to simplify membership renewals. Subscribers can update their data at any time or request cancellation, in this case at the time of renewal they will have to provide it again.
In case you don't renew your subscription, your personal data will be automatically deleted. You will therefore need to provide them again if you decide to newly access the service.

Fewer people, more security. Nobody besides Mattia and Simone (developers and creators of Flexyscore) can access to your data. We sometimes use subscribers' e-mail addresses to inform them about Flexyscore developments or to provide support.

Payment management: We rely on PayPal to manage transactions. All data provided during payment are therefore managed entirely by PayPal.com and are subject to its policy.

Flexyscore never makes these data available to third parties and never provides for their transfer. You can always check your details in the "My Profile" section.. Your data is stored in Italy with the support of Serverplan.
